It's been a busy year at Trailhead, and we wanted to pull back the curtain a bit on what's keeping us in the edit bay and in the render queue.

We're continuing our work on The Unbelievable and The Proof Is Out There, bringing our documentary VFX and motion graphics chops to more episodes this year. These shows live in that space we love: grounded storytelling paired with visuals that help audiences see the unseen, whether that's recreating a historical moment or visualizing something stranger than fiction.

We're also deep into Honest Renovations, applying the same visual storytelling instincts to a very different genre. It's a good reminder that the tools we use for broadcast documentary work translate well to lifestyle and renovation content too.

Expanding Into Aerospace Marketing

Our aerospace work continues to grow, and this year we've been producing marketing videos for clients in that industry. It's a natural extension of the technical visualization work we've done in the space, and it's exciting to help aerospace brands tell their story to a wider audience, not just an engineering one.

Where AI Fits In

We've spent real time this year experimenting with AI tools, not because we think they replace craft, but because staying current matters while helping us explore ideas faster and iterate before committing to full production.

To be clear: AI isn't our primary tool. It's not how we approach the work at its core. But when it can help us move more efficiently, whether that's early concepting or exploring a visual direction, we're not afraid to use it. Our process still starts and ends with the same thing it always has: strong ideas, careful craft, and a real point of view.
